About player developmant. So, speed is 43+, vision and tackling are 22+. Are him is undeveoped player???
About money. You can be a very ritch manager with billions of virtual $ here. But is it the economical sim? I see things more in a longterm project of 5-10 season. Other managers have now their fun in 2-3 season and when the player salaries kill their team, than they might quit the game. The position in the ranking is for me a nice to have, but no major goal. For me trophies are more important. The skills of the player are nice, but there was the risk, that he could be sometimes allways an average player. If he cap 48+ in Speed he could be outstanding. |

Peter said he balanced the draftboards more so there are more qb's in all the drafts than previous seasons. Before there were 1-3 qb's in a draft and now there are 6 or more from what I have heard.

So there might be more guys like the one who made a forum post just after the last draft complaining that he'd made a mess of the "round2" "round3" markers etc and had accidentally drafted two quarterbacks, and that he was quite angry as he didn't want two quarterbacks ..... I didn't stop laughing for days ! ... accidentally getting 2 draft quarterbacks, the burdens some people have to bear  |

About money. You can be a very ritch manager with billions of virtual $ here. But is it the economical sim? Nobody knows what the 'smart' manager moves are (well, I don't know  ). I decided to risk having a very expensive coaching staff. I don't know if it's a good idea or a dumb one yet.
It's all too soon to tell. As you say, so far your record says you have a good idea how to play RZA. 
I think the game is well-designed, and will give us multiple paths to success. Just because I couldn't convince myself to pay $113M doesn't mean I didn't love that player. He's as good a defensive back as I've seen. I just try to play like coach of the real team.
Of course with some corrections for RZA. (passing/rushing disbalance e.t.c.) About this player it is not just good DB. He is future super-star. Troy Polamalu of RZA.
$113M – it isn’t the cost of the player. It is cost of property of the future super-star.

Of course, trophies are most important for me! I have one Lombardy Trophy now. And I want more.
But,the wins – is way to trophies and money. We are have a big inflation in the game now. Because we have 30-40 teams with lot of money, but we have not the lot of super-stars on the TM. I have +77M estimated for next season. And it is wo wining bonuses and friendlies! +3,5M per week. So, I need 3,8M for players salaries. So roster is limited by 60 players. It is ~63K per player. But not all players must be equal. Part of players – are young players from YA who are projects. For example 40 players – are main squad (starters and backupers) and 90% of salaries are salaries of them. In this case we have 85500 per player form top 40. And ~19000 per player from other 20. |
