If you're winning games and your Morale is generally good, is there any point to hiring a better Psychologist?

I like having a level 20 shrink on staff. I want to recover morale as fast as possible when I lose.

$50k/week seems pretty small compared to some of my other costs.

I'm not sure how crucial morale is, but there seems to be the danger of a losing streak. So if there is a small chance that psychologists prevent that; 50.000 are peanuts.
