Has anyone listed a player out of position to get a AC training bonus? Maybe you don't have a TE AC, so you switch them between WR and OL when training catching and blocking?

Obviously, for longer term players there is a TC hit and probably in-game penalties for playing out of position. But for a trainee is it worth it?

For my trainees that I'm training strength, I have them as OL or DL. For those I'm training speed, I have them as RB.

My main goal with my current trainees is finding their caps. I train physicals at 90%.

I've got a CB/Safety that I've just promoted to Seniors. I've probably got more need at Safety than CB, but as I have a CB coach but no Safety coach, I'm gonna keep him at CB until he's fully trained then switch him to Safety ....I'm not bothered about the TC/Morale hit, well actually I am ...but I'll just have to grin and bear it.

well, im having players on a specific position just so they get trained faster, but they isent a big factor on the field atm, so you can call them future players, but its possible to put them on the field if its neccesary. But the more seasons this game have existed this will be harder to do, since the primary skill gap will be bigger over time.

When some starters is about to retire i will return them to the position that i intend to use them in.

im also having a TE that is playing WR in one of my DC even tho im not having a coach in TE, but in WR.

Is this because your best strength related coach is an OL-AC and you best speed related coach is an RB-AC?

As opposed to using a WR-AC, CB-AC etc. for speed?

Correct. My OL coach is by far my best (and I hope he doesn't want to retire any time soon) and my RB coach is #2.

IMHO the best training tactic under the current rules is to distribute AC CP to 5-6 positions and concentrate all the players to these AC's.

Then play some of them out of position, because the -5% performance penalty is easily compensated by the training.

Isn't there also a penalty on the position that don't have an AC? Seems like you could probably cover a few more positions with more AC's and get more youth academy points too...
