I have a plan.

Example for an average undrafted WR.

Starting at 35 Speed and 3 important skills at 15. Increase Speed to 40 and the three skills to 30. Together 50 Skillpoints. Average progress per week: 0,4. 0,4*50= 125 weeks/23= 5,4 seasons

Never! With your coaches it is not possible to create a progress of 0,8 per Week.

bold:Little mistake in the formula with the same result

If you have more than one on the field than it is random.
