What's the best defense against a rushing attack in wishbone formation?

IRL i would say the 6-4-1 but we dont have that option in RZA, so i would say the better formation is the one that has more defenders in the box:

4-4-3
5-3-3
5-2
4-3-4

I wouldnt suggest the goaline D, i tried using it at the beggining it didnt went that well, but hey my players are not that good either so i might be wrong.

Also dont forget theres two WR's in the Wishbone so the pass threat is present, aldo its almost null. At least in my league phew teams use the passing game, and those who do, dont do all that well. So yea id say 85% of the times their gona run.
