kann man diese Extra-Punkte auch sammeln und zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt - z.B. die Extrapunkte von 10 Wochen auf einmal vergeben - oder sind diese Extra-Punkte beim nächsten Trainings-u p d a t e weg?

sammeln ist nicht ... man muss sie vor dem nächsten TU verwendet haben
