After only 3 weeks my QB is up from 39.8 to 39.9, this is with a 96 LB coach so hope this helps...

OK guys, I have a definitive answer for anyone with a 96 LB training Strength using the Swimming Pool...: -
0.1 increase every 3 weeks

Cool Dell. That seems to jive with what several others have observed. BTW, what was that guy's Teamwork score?

Not quite, you didn't give near enough information. What TW is the guy. What EXP is the HC and AC. Randomness also plays a factor as well, so it would take multiple skill ups to nail it down as well.

Looks like his teamwork was 41.7. There are other factors, but I think teamwork is the strongest. Your data is still important to validate the results. So far ~3 updates (with average teamwork) is in line with what several of us have seen.

Good point Rock777, TW is 41.7 so quite high...
