What TW is the guy. What EXP is the HC and AC. Randomness also plays a factor as well, so it would take multiple skill ups to nail it down as well. |

Looks like his teamwork was 41.7. There are other factors, but I think teamwork is the strongest. Your data is still important to validate the results. So far ~3 updates (with average teamwork) is in line with what several of us have seen.
