A nail-biting finish in the game against Panteras. After they scored a TD to take the lead we were down 23-24 with 4:41 on the clock in the 4th quarter at 1 and 10 to go on our own 21. We managed to control the clock and keep the chains moving as we went downfield to score a 27yd FG with 0:17 left on the clock to run out as 26-24 winners.
Wow - what a game, with plenty of heart attack material in it - especially watching the last 5 minutes. |

Uh Oh. Looks like the Pigs will fall BOT.
Not sure when, but my guess is in the night from Friday to Saturday, if they don't act fast. The game between the Aliens and the Pigs might become a BOT basher. But worse would be from my Point of view them playing a final tough one and THEN do the Pigs fall BOT from Saturday to Sunday. |

That would be a shame since it seems that during my (very) brief stay in the elite league the Pigs became the new division powerhouse. At this stage of the season it looked like the division winner might well be decided by our two games - the first of which is on Saturday. Both of us stand at 5-0 at present.
