IMO the best offensive playbook is one that is so random you don't even know what play will be called next. Your opponent then can't properly scout you to counter. Whats the best way to do that? Let your QB call the plays! Playbooks are overrated.

To more effectively adjust you need to scout your upcoming opponent. Scouting your upcoming opponent means that you look at the stats from their previous games and check out their players and injuries so you can put your defense in the best possible position to stop them.


Thank you for your response. Yes, I do have a base defense to employ. I'll begin modifying it to account for specific opponents. Until I'm able to acquire better personnel, my playbook will have to be my means of competing.
