CONFERENCE CHAMPIONSHIP PLAYOFF REVIEW
Divers @ Vienna Falcons Divers Playoff wins: Xu Da, Flow Gaming Vienna Falcons playoff wins: Wild Thangs This is the first ever meeting between these two sides. And in my book Its certainly an intriguing one. Divers have pulled off two great wins to get this far but Vienna Falcons have history the playoffs which has earned them a total 4 seasons in the elite league. Vienna HC are admirers of Divers and how quickly they are progressing since they came into existence. Will Divers pull off the biggest coup the Thunder Playoffs season 20? I personally can't see pass Vienna in this one, They have to much experience and class about them. Hucknall Broncos@ Budapest Wolves Hucknall Broncos playoffs wins: Salamander Assassin's(Bot), Totoras Patriots. Budapest Wolves playoffs wins: Basterds, Girona Atzugavers. Despite a late mini collapse, Hucknall have had a good season with plenty of positives to build on. Despite the difference in class Hucknall has proven on both meetings that they can more than match Budapest beating them on 1 occasion so this tie its not as strait forward a tie as it seems. This tie is another interesting matchup as You have Hucknall who has the best offence in the conference against Budapest's best defence making this a potential classic tie. Hucknall has had a fairly easy route to get this far to the conference Championship While Budapest had to overcome a tough Girona Tie. As much as I would love to sit on the fence with this one I see a Budapest win for a chance to get back to the elite league. |

Just looking to keep this within 40 and happy for the extra income and player experience. Our number 1 rush defense is the area where we may be able to look respectable so I'm interested to see if we can hold them under 100 yards rushing and have something to hang our hat on.

THUNDER 1.1 BOWL PREVIEW
Budapest Wolves @ Vienna Falcons Vienna Falcons playoff wins: Wild Thangs, Divers Budapest Wolves playoffs wins: Basterds, Girona Atzugavers, Hucknall Broncos. Since season 17 Vienna Falcons has won all 6 matchups between these two sides but Budapest has won only 2 games in the head to head history, one of which being the season 16 bowl game. Vienna also have the 2nd best offence in AC and the best Defence which will give them a boost going into the Bowl. While the Budapest offence is down the pecking order in NC they do hold the best Defence in the conference. These two sides were the favourites to make the bowl game and it was proven right. Budapest will have their work cut out for them if they are to get back to the elite and the Defence will need to be on top if it’s game should they stand a chance. With history being in favour of Vienna Falcons I believe they will go into this final game of the season as favourite and I fully expect them to win by an average of 15-20 points and win with ease. |

Massive congratulations to Parma Horses, Prague Lions and Vienna Falcons on winning there respective Bowl games. Vienna also won by 23 proving my prediction right.
