Is trainable defined anywhere else in the manual?
And why should SPE and STR not be trainable? |

Because if strength and speed suddenly counted we'd all be ruined!

Good point so trainable except speed and strength. They're the only 2 free trainable skills.

So it is now:
Only the following skills are used to determine the players salary in a direct way: Agility, Positioning, Vision, Tackling, Blocking, Footwork, Carrying, Catching, Passing, Kicking and Punting. Talent and Intelligence are supporting the calculation only, in a very small range. A player's salary is based on the average of his 2 highest skills from those determining the salary directly. For example, a player with 35 Agility and 35 Blocking will cause costs at level 35 (math: (35+35)/2 = 35), while a player with 35 Agility and 25 Blocking will cause costs at level 30 (math: (35+25)/2 = 30). |

Maybe also add Int and TW and all infos on the player page, which have no influence on the salary, to make it clear for even the newest n00b: excluding Intelligence, Teamwork, Speed and Strength. Age, Talent, Rating, Background, Morale, Physical Condition and Team Chemistry have no influence on the Salary. Experience a very minor influence. Out of my experience, the 2nd sentence is way too clear for Pete's liking Where is the bold one from? I am quite sure, I have never put it that way anywhere in the forums. |

Excellent, so INT plays a small role, didn't know that one |

With this Change some guys will get smaller contracts after the u p d a t e than they got right now with the current System, I guess there won't be any Problem with them getting a wage reduction? They're not gonna get pissed that the new CBA lowered their wage, right?
