For me Puck's epilogue is RZA if you just change the name Robin to Pete.
” If we shadows have offended, Think but this, and all is mended, That you have but slumber’d here While these visions did appear. And this weak and idle theme, No more yielding but a dream, Gentles, do not reprehend: if you pardon, we will mend: And, as I am an honest Puck, If we have unearned luck Now to ‘scape the serpent’s tongue, We will make amends ere long; Else the Puck a liar call; So, good night unto you all. Give me your hands, if we be friends, And Pete shall restore amends.” Added the epilogue, for better understanding, Pete Last edited on 2016-05-01 19:36:37 by pete |

"To be or not to be: that is the question." = To blitz or not to blitz: that is the question. "A horse! A horse! My kingdom for a horse!" = A linebacker! A linebacker! My team for a linebacker! "Friends, Romans, countrymen, lend me your ears ... = CaptAwesome, Sanco, Firenze (the top three sellers), send me your players. "Though this be madness, yet there be method in it." = My playbook. "Out of the jaws of death." = That last minute pick-six for a comeback win. "If you prick us, do we not bleed? if you tickle us, do we not laugh? if you poison us, do we not die? and if you wrong us, do we not revenge? = If you beat us, do we not frown? if you lose to us, do we not smile? If you knock us out of the playoffs to end our season, do we not sigh? and if you MOTY us, do we not MOTY you when we meet again? "Can one desire too much of a good thing?" = Sounds like Shakespeare is talking about RZA. . Last edited on 2016-04-24 08:11:56 by bobcor |

A few variations: "To be or not to be: that is the question." = 3-4-4 or 3-3-5: that is the question. or To go for it, when it's 4th and goal at the 2 for the win or go for the field goal and a tie: that is punch drunk's question. "A horse! A horse! My kingdom for a horse!" = A trophy! A trophy! My whole team for a championship trophy! . |

The devil can cite Scripture for his purpose The Merchant of Venice
Pete can cite the manual for his purpose Delays have dangerous ends (King Henry the Sixth) Interceptions have dangerous ends Not that I loved Caesar less, but that I loved Rome more Julius Caesar Not that I loved other online gamse less, but that I loved RZA more Nothing in his life became him like the leaving it; he died as one that had been studied in his death to throw away the dearest thing he owed, as 't were a careless trifle Macbeth Nothing in his career became him like the retirement; he retired as one that had been played this game to throw away the dearest carrer he owed, as 't were a careless trifle Last edited on 2016-04-25 10:54:50 by Buffalo |

Ohhh this is soooo much fun. Thanks for organising this! Here goes:
Love all, trust a few, do wrong to none. Pete's RZA Forum Rules in a nutshell. Wisely, and slow. They stumble that run fast. "Expand your stadium wisely and slowly. Players that spend big money on coaches and players too fast will succumb to unmanageable debt before too long" "How bitter a thing it is to look into happiness through another man's eyes!" Heard on the sideline from a manager after a last minute play-off loss. "Off with his head!" RB fumbles one yard before end zone in Q4 with 0:15 seconds left and 3 points behind after you decided to go for it rather than going for a FG. "All the perfumes of Arabia will not sweeten this little hand." When seeing a really good LB on the TM but his physicals are red capped at a sub-par level. "The common curse of mankind, - folly and ignorance" What Pete thinks when reading half the forum posts in the Rookie forum and has yet again refer to the manual. I could go on but I think this should do for now because as Shakespeare himself said:"Men of few words are the best men" Last edited on 2016-04-27 10:36:13 by Cheesehead |

"Age, I do abhor thee; youth, I do adore thee!" ~ Shakespeare, The Passionate Pilgrim.
(too late for the competition but ...) Getting a youth pull with five 20 year olds, one 19-18, and one 17-16 with teamwork below 25. Like *ALL* of mine this season so far. |

"Our doubts are traitors, and make us lose the good we oft might win, by fearing to attempt"
To all those who wanted to enter the competition but were scared too :-) Soooo who's the winner! |

OK, here we go.
Captain Jack and me sat down, and spent hours of arguing who's the best Shakespeare translator, who would earn the title "winner" most. And I can tell you, it was a tough take. All of you made a tremendous job in finding quotes, and finding situations in our game that could have been the reason for this great man to come up with his words, once he would have had a chance to play RedZoneAction.org at his time. Due this, we added to the rules, and we award 10 Credits to each of you guys who sent in their ideas, who participated. Without you, it wouldn't have been any fun. Thank you. But, we need a winner, and a runner-up. bobcor came up with Though this be madness, yet there be method in it. and translated it in a very simple way: My playbook. Congrats, this is our runner-up. 50 Credits go to you. And...tata, here we go: Schwabe, congrats. We do not know if your teacher at school was proud of your literary knowledge, but we can tell you, we were impressed! The winning translation: How sharper than a serpent’s tooth it is to have a thankless child. Found out YA-Player or draftee capped low. Again, thank you very much for taking part in this one. A big thank you goes to Captain Jack, who came up with the idea, wrote down some text, and had a tough time in finding the winners. Cheers, appreciated! Don't worry, the prices will be on their way soon |
