Would love a way to increase amount of rushes by QB. Possibly a % dropdown in playbk, similar to the blitzing dropdown. I think this would make QBs a bit more dimensional, and since it's already in game eng, seems like it might be doable.

QB option play would be real cool too, but imagine tough to program into game engine.

I like this idea. It offers more play variety and fits well with the system that I currently employ.

Just wonder if there would be an effective defence against a QB sneak, if your team only need a yard or two. But in principle I like the idea

I kind of like this idea.

However, I think it should be with the a downside, that the more you rush your QB deliberatedly, he will Loose more physics and be more open to injury accordingly to the amount of rushes.

I don't think many RL coaches would deliberately design many plays nor choose for the QB to run much during a game. Mostly because of the potential injury risk.

Most QB runs occur, imo, from play development as an option and most time with limited risk to the QB's health.
This feature is already covered in gameplay (although it would be nice to have added text of the QB "sliding" or "running out of bounce" or being "tackled" - just for the entertainment).

Some coaches would. I mean Tyrod Taylor and Cam Newton very often call themselves rushing

But yeah, I don't think if it were to be included that it should be a regular option as teams could abuse and just run a formation such as Flexbone/Wishbone with high blocking backs and pick out a niche.

Maybe as a percentage like blitzing but lower percentage options (say 5-15%)

What's wrong with that? I wouldn't call it abuse, it would be a system, such as Navy and GT runs. (At least I think GT still runs it.)
IMO, if you want to go far in this game (Elite league) you need to pick and build a system. Most pick spread, but not everyone. You have limited resources, so extra RBs instead of 5 WRs would be a choice. A rushing QB would fit in perfectly to this system, and woukdnt be abuse unless there was an actual glitch or inbalance.

Don't forget the running of QB Michael Vick. 2006 he rushed for over 1000 yards. As I said before, my only concern is that it would have to be balanced in the play-calling. For example maybe a short gain on 3&1 could be too easily gained. But I'm for this in principal.

FBs don't normally block for a QB sneak, do they?

When I play Center for my team here in Dresden, and my QB calls a sneak, I do the snap, push forward fast, followed by my QB directly...there is no FB helping him...it is a love story between my QB and me, the opps NT...and sometimes the Guards are allowed to play with us

I agree wholeheartedly.

Even if someone chose to play spread, they could develop a spread to run team ala Pat White/Steve Slaton era West Virginia.
