I suggest you spend those 3 days reading the manual and jack6’s guide.
That will help and prevent you to do additional mistakes like: - building a stadium off season that cost maintenance money but does not bring income - hiring coachs while you have not enough incomes - opening the HR department while you can not negotiate contract For info: Manual wrote:The HR Department closes at Friday midnight before Season rollover. You have to finish all the contract work until that point. Once the Department closed, you cannot negotiate any further contracts for promoted youngsters, for Free Agent from the market and your own players. You will receive a warning via PM a few days before the Department is going to close.

well, good thing i didnt cut down to 38,
now i have a WHOLE NEW TEAM  :/
fortunately we are better now at EVERY position except MLB, oh and we have linemen now (with more than 20 str) thats new |

You have very few defensive players, only 4 OL, and have way too many players assigned to Special Teams. Plus you have spent money on coaches before you know anything about how the game works, and before you can afford to spend it! Please read the help guide and don't assume you know it all... |

As a RL coach you obviously listen to your Head Coach, Managers, Board etc when they give advice. As you have posted in the forum I presume you are ready to do the same here. Please listen to all the help you are getting and RTM plus Jack's guide!

I agree with most everything everyone has posted about building the stadium first. But I don't think it is as big of a deal as it used to be to hire a head coach early. With the free media center for rookies and SC games, I was able to build my stadium, max out my YA and hire my entire coaching staff during my first season and still had money left over to start improving my roster.
