was 0/9 in negotiations for 2+1 years at 97.5%. Was I just really unlucky or did this change too. Normally this time of year I get about 50% acceptance.

it did change
1+2 is now more expensive (103-110% depending on (propably) various factors, the most prominent factor is high TW 1+1 got a little cheaper (86%) however, if you plan to skill up more than 3 Skillpoints, 1+2 is still the cheaper way to go |

Just to get the circumstances, are you taking about negotiations start of the season or end of the season?

That is a question I think I got answered. So as I see it, amount of time into the season and TW play a factor in negotiations.
1+1 best is 86% 1+2 best is 103% and default is 110%. others I have no information on. So its back to the testing phase to see if I can graph it out and find the formulas. Change is good. It keeps things interesting. Any other input would be welcome. |

All my contract negotiations done at the end of the season (after the last training update, before HR is closed)
- "This and another season" or "This and 2seasons". - Contract offers % estimation + $1. - One contract at 84% of estimation based on skills. - Some at 85%. - Most between 86% and 90%. |

One year contracts, 90% works every time.

yes 90% was the standard for many seasons. 1+1 contracts. But now things have changed.

I confirm these %-s. I noticed, that it is age dependent: A 21 and 22yo LB fixed at 85%. A 24yo somewhere between 85 and 88%. Older LB fixed at 90%. |
