All my contract negotiations done at the end of the season (after the last training update, before HR is closed) - "This and another season" or "This and 2seasons". - Contract offers % estimation + $1. - One contract at 84% of estimation based on skills. - Some at 85%. - Most between 86% and 90%. I confirm these %-s. I noticed, that it is age dependent: A 21 and 22yo LB fixed at 85%. A 24yo somewhere between 85 and 88%. Older LB fixed at 90%. That's also the values I was able to successfully extend contracts. Most of them this + 2 at 85-86% of estimation based on skills. Only for one player I had to offer 90% (23yo WR with 44 TW). I usually start at 85% and go up 0,3-0,5% if the player doesn't accept. |

Last friday, two players accepted 83% estimation + $1 , This and 2 seasons, both.
More than $210 000 and less than $215 000, each. I did not try 83% +$1 with all the contracts (about 40). Yaël Bonnet WR 28yo TW37 Josselin Gaubert WR 24yo TW37 Loïs Jarry QB 26yo TW30 84% estimation + $1, This and 2 seasons. More than $210 000 and less than $215 000, also. Baptiste Thierry LB 24yo TW46 84% estimation + $1, This and 2 seasons. More than $150 000 and less than $155 000. Last edited on 2018-10-21 02:01:01 by Drogon |

I've just negociated 59 contracts in less than 25 minutes.
All contracts at 86% of estimation based on skills and "This and another season" (the easiest and fastest). Only two times generous : 37266 instead of 25770 and 53975 instead of 53575. That's ok, no player lost. @Pete, did you know I hate (a lot) this rule of "HR closed" ? |

2017-03-10 11:58:31 HR Department will close Friday midnight, so deadline moved one day forward Sorry you lose a big part of your team. |

Wait, you missed the deadline? We sent several PMs, including last minute warning 3 days ago, a longer warning last weekend, and some more.
We have the coaches assistant which mentions leaving players. Still not enough? |

Sorry, I just assumed it would be usual overnight reset time... it was a while back, but generally I've had plenty of free time approaching the deadline in the past and not been stuck.
Had I paid attention I've have done it before the wednesday update, but I just assumed I had until Saturday night (as it was a few years ago)... and I've worked 16+ hours a day since Wednesday - so no chance to be online Thursday or Friday edit - I guess I never paid attention, because it was not an issue before... for 2 years I've had half day working on one (or both) of wednesday and thursday, so I'd do the end of season stuff then.... my work hours just changed this week.
