One positive, we were one of only 2 regions to have all elite members win. So at least our top end is taking care of business.

I hate to burst the bubble for Kraken fans, but the team just doesn't have the players right now to realistically win the division without major outside help. They will do well, perhaps 11-5 but likely 10-6. It could be the tightest divisional race in Monarchs 1 simply because of the early advantage they currently enjoy." My cephalopods were clearly motivated by the lack of confidence. They put this on every locker each week. Glad we could exceed your expectations! |

Alright, one of my favorite times of the season, the playoffs, are starting today! Guess it’s time for my playoff predictions
With the Leverkusen Leopards and the West Geatish Warriors in the AC, and Burnaby Bruisers and Paxtang Black Panthers having bye weeks, they are assured Divisional round appearances with home field advantage. The Widcard round pits the following teams against each other: Berinsfield Hornets @ Midnight Marauders Bradford Bulls @ Florida Gators Ironclads @ Saint Leo University Lions Park Ridge Owls @ Space Kraken These should be good matches, but there can only be 4 winners today. My picks took some time to consider, but I think the most likely winners will be; Berinsfield Hornets-they will overpower the Marauders start to finish Florida Gators-the Swamp has been good to us this season Ironclads-they have shocked me, won a close game in the regular season over SLU and they look ready to repeat that effort today Space Kraken-i am very surprised at how wrong I was about Space Kraken, job very well done and they will continue to play at least one more round in the playoffs. That game was such a shocker to watch. Man that hurts, I was pulling for you to have a Cinderella story type of season. Very solid performance this season though! Well done! My team also took a massive crap in the second half, scoring 0 points. Shows me I still have a long way to go in revamping my offense to get where I want it to be. I was very wrong about 2 of my picks today, more to come later |
