Hey guys! The season is coming to an end and it is time to think about the next steps like the upcoming draft. Last season I have prepared a mock draft on Dragons 1 and failed miserably on my predictions. This time I want to do the same on Elite and try to fail even worse!

Pick 1 - Helsinki Gangsters: LB Mark Alberts
Henry and their gangsters are under rebuilding and the first pick is an excellent opportunity to start it properly. The best way of doing this is picking the best overall player on the board. Alberts seems to be this guy. A physical monster with top talent and intelligence. His teamwork and experience may be an issue specially because of his age but in this young team he will have enough time to develop into a fantastic player. |

Pick 2 - Comeback Kids (bot): TE Dagur Houston
For pick 2 we have the Kids bots. No one knows how a bot randomly choose a draftee so it is a true lottery. Maybe our master Yoda can make a perfect guess here for me. While that I will stick with Houston as he was the first name on my board when I have downloaded the data. |

Pick 3 - BETIS SANPOL: CB Ilchin Alekperov
The spanish team is heading back to Fire 1 with a number-2-like pick. With some players on the roster reaching the 30+ club it is time to find a fresh new player who can quickly develop and turn into a backup in a couple of seasons. The CB position could be the biggest issue right now so Alekperov name sounds like the perfect fit in here. Top speed, huge talent and excellent teamwork all in a 18yo (S42) player. |

Pick 4 - Social Distance Runners: QB Aron Þór Ulrich
The Runners are another franchise that went on rebuilding during this season. Buzi has an excellent 4th pick to help all the process. I am quite sure that he will go for an offense player. I must say that a receiver would also be a logical move to aid on the rotation but here I will take the risk. He does not have a backup for Churchill and signing Ulrich would be a great idea. He is really talented and mature for a draftee. He is also very skilled and intelligent and could easily take the job as a starter very soon. |

Pick 5 - Poznan Knights: TE Lou Bouvet
The Knights have a young roster with so many names on every position. The only exception is on the TE position with only 2 guys. If Flandur decides to add depth on all positions the name of Bouvet sounds as the right choice. Probably the best TE on board he is fast and skilled. His experience and teamwork make him even more interesting. The only possible issue would be about his strength and if he could play as a blocker on some plays. But is seems worth the risk. |

Pick 6 - Jackalopes: FB Zeki Shaheen
My Dragon region fellow Punchdrunk also needed to make some tweaks on the roster during the season which probably cost the stay of Jackalopes. At least they are in great position in draft and could add the best player available. I suppose this is the most controversial choice on this mock draft so far but I really like Shaheen qualities. Physical monster, top talent, reasonable intelligence and an acceptable teamwork. Two traits are also in his package which makes him a versatile player that could be easily repositioned. His age and lack of experience are valid concerns but I still think he deserves a top shelf. |

Right now I have DL Galvao as my top player. Alberts at #2. If Alberts were 19 years old I would probably take him. Galvao has 3.5 exp vs 2.5 for Alberts another big factor for me. Galvao will be up and running a bit faster and a bit longer. Both have one good trait. Wish I had both 1 AND 2 picks
