Pick 21 - Sunrise City Prairie Dogs: OL Álvaro Contreras
For those who are on vacation waiting for the new season, this team is the DC Washingtonians but with a fancy new name. But this is the only nice thing here as the options are raring. My first idea was a WR and made some research on WR drafted by DC since S30 (only 5 but 2 of them are still there). But no suitable player is available. The BPA here may be Contreras. Top strength, a reasonable teamwork and a trait on the package. No excitement at all for him. |

Pick 22 - TigerCats: CB Kamil Jurka
Next one is the TiCats. I was really impressed about the number of WRs on the roster (17!). I thought about a TE as Skeetz has only obe but... come on, he can reposition someone for it! So I decided to be pragmatic and go for a LB-like player. Despite looking like an usual CB I think Jurka may go under transition for a new position. Fast, intelligent and experienced. Will need some time and a bit of faith to develop his strength and skills. But if things go wrong at least you have a nice corner. |

Pick 23 - BobBoy Magpies: QB Suani Bolatoga
As all the latest playoff teams the Magpies have no concerns to address on the roster. The BPA approach points toward a new QB for the future. Manning (30 yo), Snow (26 yo), Shephard (22 yo) and Bolatoga (18 yo) looks like an interesting dinasty of quaterbacks. A very intelligent boy with time to develop in one of the best teams around. I like this prediction a lot! Let's see if Dell_g feels the same. |

Pick 24 - San Diego Blitz: QB Théo Roorda
For this one I have called my supervisor Mel Kiper Jr. He is quite sure that Roorda will be the next super star on the league. Lots of talent and skill on this 18 yo guy. With enough time to develop he will probably be as good as David Carr or Joey Harrington. Or maybe like Ryan Leaf or JaMarcus Russell... who knows?! |

Pick 25 - PR Chaser: OL Iolo Tipuric
Another day on my mock draft. Today it will be a bit shorter as I had some issues in personal life. The next pick is with PR Chaser who is likely to choose a young OL to renew the line. Tipuric is high on my analysis spreadsheet and it is unlikely to see he out of first round. Pick 26 - Willemstad Bridges: RB Alistair Bolden I think they need at least a backup for the RB position. Bolden is young, talented and experienced. His high speed is also attractive but we all hope it is not capped. A good overall player that may be drafted late on first round. |

Pick 27 - The Losing Ducks: RB Damarco Delaney
A 7-million-wage team has no concerns on its roster. The BPA can arguably be Delaney. He is able to carry the ball for long distances despite his relatively low speed for the position. He is young enough to be developed under Kanar management. Pick 28 - Chelt Nam Bobbers: DL Ali Warda Jonny Utah is more than ready to be the first Dragons team to win the Elite title. The roster is ready so he is somewhat free to make a high risk first pick. Warda is suitable to be repositioned as a LB. Good physicals, top vision, but average teamwork and no traits in a 20 yo guy. |
