Good luck everybody. I am losing 8 starters at the end of the season, including my 3 NT/DT starters, my best OL and the second best LB of the game. Next season will be tough.
Also losing a coach at 60. @pete I know you said many times that coaches can retire after 60, but again, 100% of mine did since I started in season 16. Thanks for the stats. The probabilities not to retire from 60 must be very low then. Or maybe it is also linked to the number of season with the team (all of my coaches were there for quite a while).

Is it me or NC North as just became the strongest division ok all time?
Best rated team (by far), Elite winner, SC winner, SC semi finalist. Lucky for me, my NC East will not face them this season. Oh wait... 
Just realized I also avoided the Bobbers as the single Dragon team to face. Oh double wait...

Monarchs is also the first region with three different Elite winners. And all three are in the same division at the same time. First time it's 100% guaranteed that a former champion will be relegated before the season even starts. And that's before considering the one non elite champion team has a top ten all time ranking and was a SC semi finalist.
My team feels like the 2016 Denver Broncos. Coming off of a title, but just had QB retire and will be playing someone pushed into the position who is not ready. Those Broncos missed the playoffs and finished third in the division at 9-7; that sounds like an optimistic goal for this season's Malones. I also don't have DE1, MLB1, or CB1 from last season. So, Rufio better reflect that in his preseason power rankings. I don't want to even think about getting only one mid-season Swayze because I was ranked too high to start with. |

My roster changed a lot from last season. Some veterans retired but I managed to replace them with some players that were on development or repositioning some guys. My biggest issue was the OL as I have screwed things while discussing a contract and lost a key player. Still unsure about the new guys protecting my QB.
My schedule is quite difficult so my only goal will be staying on Elite. NC West teams are set to face AC East and NC South. I will also face the Letaidans (NC North) away and Leeds Celtics (NC East) at home. For S44 things will be even worse: I will loose WR1, FB1, OL2, and 3 of my 7 DL.
