Congrats on the win Kanar! At least you proved me correct when I said my team isn't ready for a deep elite playoff run this season. Those were some huge turnovers that were just way too costly to overcome against a team like yours.

Thanks. Just saw the result, not what actually happened. Happy to be in the division PO for the 4th time in 4 seasons in Elite. Until now it is where I stopped. Hopefully The Bobbers will be gentle this year.

Today, or tonight, at 20h Serbian time, streets in small city of Pozarevac will be empty.
Pozarevacki hipodrom will be full (probably 10.000 spectators will be out of stadium watching the game on a big screen that is installed outside), fans have been waiting for this game so long and the pressure is high. Whole town is in black & white, everyone have just one topic to talk about, Divisional playoff. Players have been in quarantine since Thursday, but they can feel euphoria, they can feel big expectation that fans have. Manager can only hope that they got some sleep, but he is not so sure about it. Pirates will soon arrive to Serbia, stronger than ever, with two near wins in last two games. Their confidence is so high in the sky. It seems that they have solution for every opponent, for every situation. Weak sides? There are none. Even when opponent thinks he has found one it lasts for a couple of snaps and then Pirates restructure their formation and weakness has gone. Bookmaker odds are Pirates 1,13 and Elephants 6,5 so the odds tells you who is favorite today. But as the GOAT once said "If you don't play to win then don't play at all". So Elephants are going today with that motto and all Serbian fans hope that they will give their best. If that is enough for a win so be it. If not at least they gave all they have, so all of them can be proud of themselves. This season has been such a great success for Elephants, success that no one (read Rufio) predicted. This is extra bonus playing in DP. Buccaneers won SB this season, everyone (read Rufio) expects Pirates to win Elite season 43. General manager of Elephants decided (due to some other obligations) not to watch tonight game live and he will turn off his phone, TV, radio, lap top, computer, to be out of a reach till 21h Serbian time. Then he will just go to to first bookmaker to see the result. He put some money on Pirates. If they win at least he and his family will have couple of meals "for free" from that bet. If Elephants win who cares about money, his team will be in Conference championship. We wish LuLuBa and his Pirates good flight, good time today and tomorrow in Serbia (since their flight back is scheduled for Sunday), a lot of people say that night life in Serbia is one of the best in Europe. But we also wish them a lot of fumbles, minus yardage runs, thrown interceptions, incomplete passes, missed tackles from 20h to 21h on the pitch. If that happens Elephants manager promise top night club, exotic dancers, a lot of alcohol and time of their lives on Saturday night for Pirates players. Those retiring ones should think about that more than once, it is a last chance for them to enjoy Serbian music and food after a sports trip. Serbia is waiting for Pirates.
