This morning, I found warnings from my ACF - anti cheating framework. At the same time 2 users contacted me and told me about the same teams.
After some checks, I found 3 teams involved, all of those were "bloody noobs". The manager in question tried to shuffle money to one of the teams by running strange transfers. I deleted one team rightaway, and added a 500M penalty to both the other teams. The result was this very sophisticated outcry the person in question has posted. Yes, the post was deleted by me, after receiving a few abuse reports. Thanks to the community we were able to catch another cheater, gave him a lesson, and kept the game clean.
