Well that sucks! Sigh. I guess I joined and started a team right after the first round picks. What sucks is that first pick isn't on the team. Is it supposed to work like that Pete?

If I remember correctly it is.
BOT's picks are immediately turned into free agents and after a while they become available in the TM.
In this way all the players in the draft pull are available for human players.

I have joined RZA in the same period of the season like you. The first pick went lost and my first player ever acquired was my former second-round-pick kicker.

I mean it is all good and no worries. My 2nd round and 3rd round picks are better than the one the bot selected #2 overall lol. For people in the future in this situation I wonder if it would be possible to have those picks dropped after the draft is over? I'm not coding this thing so it is easy for me to suggest it lol.
