I never get this right. I see the ELO for each team and I try to divide the teams evenly. But does that mean I should just list them in descending order or group one is teams 1-4 and group two is teams 5-8.

It may depend of the spread in the ELO. But one of the option that coup look fair would be 1458 and 2367. 1357 and 2468 would not be scandalous either.

A-D -> group 1, E-H -> group 2 and so on
