Ticats dominate a couple playoff hopefuls last week and have reclaimed the Fire crown. winning 2/3 will clinch the 2 seed.

"Tuesday begins the gauntlet." That's a bad start. The division lead is gone and relegation is on the table if they lose to the Wildcats.

"Gotta beat either Chaser or the Malones." Big win against chaser, but fell into that Zombaes trap. Needs to beat Malones in order to have a shot against the Blitz.

"they need to sweep the Malones to stay in the race." Well that didn't happen and relegation will. Losing 3/4 has also put the playoffs as an unlikely outcome. They'll need to sweep the last 3 games to overtake Dumba and his PD lead.

Two losses this week has the Wildcats reeling. Basically a must-win Saturday against the Hawks if they want to avoid relegation. Playoffs are still looking good though.

Split close games to hang in there and maintain a large PD lead over Maykop. They need a Wildcat loss and a 3-0 run to end the season as a playoff team.

"Chosenones this week to wrap up the division." Or they could lose and leave that door open just a little bit.

Still a 2 game lead, but the Bobbers have a big PD advantage and are in striking distance.

If they can get a little help from the Ticats and and Maykop/Chaser both go 1-1. The last game will be a win or go down to D1 matchup.

Couldn't pull off a 4 point fg with time expiring so they won't steal the crown or a PO spot from Vaxjo. It is quite likely they finish with 10 wins though. A solid first Elite effort.

"Simply win against the division rivals and Jonny stays in Elite." So far so good. 2-1 clinches a return to Elite, 3-0 puts pressure on the Pikes and a possible 9-7 division champ.

Big win over Roma keeps pace with the Magpies. Looks like we'll have at least 2 meaningful week 17 head to head matchups.

Couldn't reel in the Wolves so now the goal is to avoid relegation by beating the Chosenones to end the season. They just had a rematch in CoC and it wasn't pretty if you are a Magpie fan.

Kicks a FG from the 1 to take a lead with 2 minutes left giving the Bobbers just enough time to take it back. They still have a shot after their huge win vs the Hawks but they need help and then to win the rematch in game 17.

Interesting time to start a win streak.

Guess I'm not surprised that the Malones downed the Elephants - - but wasn't expecting the PD swing to be this extreme this week. Anyway, it makes Dumbarajko path to the division title increasingly difficult.

It also gives Malones some headroom over the Kraken - - I guess they don't have any head-to-head games left and are probably favorites in their remaining games, which means it could well come down to PD that decides the division winner.

I'm sure Vaxjo would like to slip into the #2 seat - - but that may be harder now too.

Finally, it seem like there is a relation race in the NC West is all tied up at 6-8. Chelt Nam has the exiting Ducks next game, so maybe their the favorite to stay up? Could the Pikes lose the last two games and leave it open for Chelt Nam to take the division?

I think most of the NC playoff picture is clear now - - barring some massive losses next week. I guess their is a chance that Letaidans could overtake Dumbarajko for the final WC spot.

On the AC side - - will the PR Chasers make it to the playoffs to defend their conference championship from last season?

Malones can be 1 or 5 or 2
Blitz can be 2 or 1 or 3
Växjö can be 3 or 2
Pikes/Bobbers/LTCM for 4
Kraken 5 or 1 or 2
Dumba or Letaidans or mystics can be 6

Some are less likely than others, sure, but 10 teams are still involved in the last week, that's fun.

Only one relegation battle in the NC, but that is a three team race so that's something.
