	Competition for coaches is almost non-existing. Because the exchange of a coach is so anoying, it happens only sometimes and then at the same time having a different manager with a similar configuration looking for a replacement is vary rare. So that does not really work. What also does not really work is, the market itself. There are a lot of coaches, but basically no bids on the most of them. The reason is, no big demand and if there is demand, usually the manager looks for THAT guy, not some guy with a slightly different setup. The CPs fixed are the major blocker here from my point of view. If you would like to have more competition on coaches hiring, then this would need a severe revamp. Right now it's just a pain in a ass to find a coach and then hiring them. My suggestion is only aimed to mitigate the pain a bit with the offers.

	I am not keen to add CP training. If at all, I could imagine CP raise with experience aka games coached. This would cause the coaches to go up with both salaries and CP, and probably exceeding the current HC's CP at a certain point. By this, I could create some more need to use the transfer market.
