The first two rounds of the RZA Teams World Cup III have been played and we had some interesting games and also some nice underdog victories.
Group 1 No surprises. The no. 1 and 2 seed Tigercats and Sea Eagles have qualified with 2 wins for the playoffs. Group 2 Probaly the most interesting group. Each team has won one game, so the winners of the final matchups will qualify for the next round. Department for peace and love vs. Peoples Republic of Yorkshire Paladins vs. Free Agent Mascots Group 3 Everything is possible. The Elephants have the best chance to qualify for the playoffs. If they loose by less than 13 points against the Packers or the Malones will loose against the Dragons, they are in. Malones and Packers have it in their hands, they need to win with a difference of 2 or 13 points. Even the Dragons still have a chance, but they need a win with at least 33 points and a loss of the Packers with a couple of points. Group 4 The biggest surprise. Two teams with two victories advance to the playoffs. The no. 1 seed Bridges and the no. 4 Suchdol Minors. |
