I have a doubt about the team ratings (those stats on passing, rushing, pass defense, rush defense and special teams). They are calculated based on all players that take part on the match (at least 1 snap)?
I am asking this because I have been underperforming this season which was already expected because I have made major changes on my OL but my ratings have not decreased at all. It seems to me that the OLs are not accounted on the team ratings... I always imagined that OLs were partially considered on the Passing and Rushing ratings (maybe based on their position as OT, OG or OC) but after releasing some high skilled veterans I have not noticed any changes on those ratings at all. |

From what i can tell they do. This sunday one of my OLs increased at 3.5* and the overall for passing & rushing increased by 0.3. Perhaps you didn't play a game after their release & another thing that matters is how well you played in the game. |

The PB is just the same of last season. The offensive ratings (passing and rushing) are quite similar from last season (over 80%). I make a rotation with my OLs so I usually have 8 players per game. Considering the highest valued non-physical skill of each player I have players with 48, 39, 39, 38, 37, 35, 35, 31 (average 37.75). A bit far from my 82+% on passing and rushing (that my team consistantly shows every game this season). |

The QB, WR, RB, FB, TE and somehow the balance remain. A lot better at those positions & less better at OL. |

I place little trust/value in the ratings system here. Seems most every player gets a higher CB rating before any other position ratings no matter the physicals. Which is no where realistic.
So if the baseline of the rating system is questionable then the end results would also be. It is what it is. |

But even with this deviation you have pointed out I would expect some change on my ratings. Even if it was a smaller change than the predicted. ![]() |
