Congrats for the win Ombi! The final score do not really show your total dominance of the match so I think that I am kind of "lucky" to keep a low PD margin for the next 2 matches.
I hope I can qualify for the next stage!  |

You lost a fumble late in the the game that led to my TD, and that was the difference in the end. Kind of a weird part of the game though. Your defense had 5 sacks, mine had 1. Good game John, your QB had a pretty good day and my defence slept all the way (1 INT & 0 sacks in 80 passing attempts, shit). And instead of a game winning TD in the 4th quarter, i got an INT on the opp 8 and that's the ball game.

Sorry, a bit late on the previews.
At the time of this post, one game has already finished. The Constanta Ravens and Tennessee Frontiersmen faced off in a close game, but Tennessee had a 10 pt 4th quarter to get the win and go 2-0 while Constanta is a suprising 0-2. Rio Dragons vs Hoosier Underdogs: Rio seems to have the advantage on paper especially in the running game, but this is power mode, so anything is possible as we've already seen in this friendly cup. This is the first matchup between these two teams, and both teams are looking for their first win in the Blood Bowl. Morgantown Mad Dogs and Gilets Jaunes meet as both teams are 1-0. Morgantown won the only other previous meeting last week in the supercup by 10 points, but it could've gone either way. Gilets offense looks like a strong point. Niceville Norsemen take on Ruhrpott Miners. They have played a few friendly games, but this is the first non-friendly match between them. Niceville seems to have the edge on ratings, especially special teams. Niceville looks to go 2-0 to keep up with Tennessee, while the Miners can get back in the playoff race with a win. The Underdogs have given too many turnovers (3 interceptions and 2 fumbles) especially on the first half of the game and let it easier for my offense. Next Wednesday I will try something new for my team: qualify for the next stage of a frinedly cup. It is going to be a nice game against a fellow Dragons region team.  |

The 3rd round of games are here!
Morgantown Mad Dogs va Hoosier Underdogs: Morgantown is guaranteed a playoff spot, the the Underdogs have been knocked out of consideration, but the Hoosiers can still win and push the Mad Dogs down for playoff seeding purposes. Rio Dragons vs Gilets Jaunes. Both teams are 1-1, and the winner gets into the playoffs! High stakes. Niceville Norsemen vs Tennessee Frontiersmen. Group 2 is a little more unsettled. Niceville needs a win to keep their playoff hopes alive, but may still need a good point differential. Tennessee gets a playoff ticket with a win, but a loss means it comes down to point differential. Constanta Ravens vs Ruhrpott Miners. The Miners also need a win and possible point differential advantage to move on, but Constanta can play spoiler here and knock the Miners out.
