At the start RZA had just level 1 and 2 (I started at level 2 in season 1). I think in season 8 or so did level 3 start. Then after roughly 15 seasons, Peter did put in Elite. The game had at that time about 800+ users. Then a slow decline did start, over time, due to (my interpretation) lack of modernizing the look and feel and maybe also because there were not many new features. Online games just get old over time. At some point level 3 was abandoned, then the pyramid structure and then level 2. Right now we have 220+ Users, the trend is still downwards. |

I'd be also interested in the answer to Jack's question. The academy pull and the draft are my personal favourites in the RZA
While waiting for the answer, I'd just point to something which was completely counterintuitive to me, prior to reading the 10 commandments (my personal nick for Jack6's Blog, in the RZA reality) - talent is only really important for those few players, whose skills are to be trained to the max (i.e. 50-ish). Since each half-star of the talent is 1.5 points below that max, AND for financial reasons the practical limit for most of the players' skills (except str and spe) for most of positions is about 43, even a 3.0 stars talent is more than enough! So for me, what counts the most (both for the draft, and the academy pull), are INT/TMW (depending on the default position), str/spe (depending on the default position and the age), and having or not the special talents (depending on the position). Regarding the default position - I don't necessarily hope for the player to be that position, ultimately, but what's important is I have never got a player with specials NOT affecting that default position. So for example I might pick a DL with low TMW, hoping (or knowing - in the case of draft) he'll have a SuTa for a special, which coupled with high spe potential and int might be a good set for an FS. On a side note, my question to Jack6: do you consider high Pos essential for QB? Personally I usually train Pos and Vis to all players to about 20, but then only Vis to defensive formation and Pos to offensive. With the exception of QB, whom I train Vis rather than Pos. Training him Car instead (my personal best type of play irl being always a rush by QB
).

Yes.. I know.. Why not find the anwer yourself, in the 10 commandments :-D I do train POS at QB only when his AGI, VIS and PAS values are on my self set limit, right now at 43. Then POS is my next training sink, but to be honest, I don't think it makes a lot of difference. CAR would be then the next, but also here I don't know the difference. A few seasons ago I did decide to train a bit different, to focus on the A skills and not to do VIS and POS on equal level, which I did in the past on almost every position. So now it's VIS and PAS on QB, CAR and POS on RB and so on. AGI of course always trained. |

BIG WIN by Snappers today! But what an entartaining game, too
I couldn't believe my eyes how we played the Doves for 45 minutes. Especially cuz we fielded alternative lineup. After 3 quarters we led by a comfortable 24 points! And not against the Bot team! Well, comfortable? It did seem so, but... After a couple minutes our opponents scored two TD. With a minute an 15 secs to go they narrowed our lead to a single TD! I was counting seconds... UFF... We survived. What a comeback by the Canadians!  But what a great win for the home fans!!

So Thunder is also BOT now.
Of my list I did post only Medvedi did login again, so they are save for now. Still on BOT-watch are Meerkats (likely BOT in roughly 5 days) Knights (likely BOT in roughly 4 days, but he had that calls several times in the past) And new is Disadvantagedpoorhomeless aka Aliens, who would go BOT in roughy 2 weeks and right now it looks like he leave in anger, because of that discussion on the training page issue. Man, I hate that. Because of this nonsense. |
