"Much better" may be a little harsh, though. I have still to experience a down year, but I guess that comes sooner than later... especially with playing against the ELITE next season 
But first I have to iron out those failed 4th-Down-Conversions that made me WAY too nervous yesterday...  |

One more night of sleep before the HAMBURG SEA LIONS will play their first Bowl Game at the D1 Level. The Coaching Staff is working through the playbook, looking for last kinks that need to be ironed out in order to stand a chance against the Alaskan Fur Trappers. A friendly game on Saturday showed some promise, when the SEA LIONS won convincingly against the Pizti Beltzak from the ELITE. And a timely recovery of DT Hans-Georg Ziegler from his sports hernia ensures that the best squad can be fielded at Kick Off.
We are very excited about tomorrow  |

I think that in the Sea Lions' successful career in RZA there are much more credible factors to be optimistic about than beating Pizti Beltzak (this season 3-13 in league, relegated to D1 and eliminated from the SuperCup in the first playoff)
