Is there a way of it being a Friendly Cup series on Wednesdays or Sundays?

The biggest problem with a regular friendly cup is you have no leverage to make the rules obeyed.
So if a team wins by even an unwanted pass TD, it does win, it does get the W it raises in the standings and might get the playoff spot assigned it does not deserve, or even wins the cup. That's the reason I did do it as Friday-Cup, since then I can adjust the scores. Not on the match itself, but on the outcomes and the standings. |

I think a series 4 is limited by the chars in the trophy field, since it seems to increase over time.
