Do managers get notified if their players or coaches get selected for All Star games?

With a roster like mine, it's not difficult to check and see. I was just curious after seeing Steve Solana talking about several of his players combining for some insanely high number of all star appearances.

By the way, I am late trying out All-Star games, but what a cool feature!
