Ever seen kickoff that is a touchback where returner got an injury?

I believe he catched the ball in endzone, take a knee and twisted it

5:59 Fausto Internò (K) kicks the ball for the field goal, 29 yard field goal is good

5:56 Fausto Internò (K) kicks the ball for 69, results in a touchback, offense is on the field now, 1 and 10 on own 20 more

5:56 Dumbarajko Elephants: Ranko Bjelica (KR/L) injured (Twisted knee) during the play

What to expect from other players when star RB does this

Nice find.
I do think he was on the 10-20 yard line mark, he back paddled, stepped on a rock and that's how he twisted it
