Hi, have built the stadium to capacity, employed 8 coaches & bought about 15 new players (each on 4.5 or 5 talent) but my ELO score doesn’t appear to have improved. How do I increase my ELO score?

ELO improves only by winning games.
Win a game ELO increases, lose a game ELO goes down. |

You increase ELO by winning matches. It's a measure of results rather than team strength.
