The biggest incoming item is "others". More than tickets and more than sponsors.
What does this item refer to? |

The biggest income from "others" comes from your MediaCenter for which you are getting for free the first 2 seasons in the game. Another income than comes to "others" is your Money from the Fan Shop.. |

The vast majority of that would be the Mediacenter (Manual -> Mediacenter).
