Im forced to choose between these guys after narrowing the search down...

Well, I for one wouldn't pick the QB, but that's for 2 personal reasons:
1) I don't have a QB AC who could maybe boost his initial values, increase the chance of special traits and get his development fasttracked. You do have one, though 2) I try do draft my guys younger if possible (gives more time to see where the physicals pan out, gather EXP (premium academy) and put the playing skills on the right track). He is practically 20 and would only have 1 season and change in the academy. If that's not a problem, he's probably the best choice ("really intelligent", 50 TW and maybe a trait or 2 could be the real deal) If not him, would probably take the TE. I usually do not pick any older than 17.
The QB looks interesting, but at 19 he is too old, except you really want him. The TE would be the logical choice with a potential 42 str 48 spe 20+ int The RB could be a 48 str 42 spe 20+ int player with a very Small chance on an OL prospect |

all the players are really good, and in a regular youth Pull, probably would take them. But the 16 y.o. TE it is... welcome to the squad Dexter Venegas!

Don‘t limit yourself on the idea he will be a TE.
1) check spe and str 2) check then combination spe/str/int/tw plus trait 3) find best fitting position For 1) you should move him on the ac Spot with highest cp supporting the skill you train. And have a scout level 20. |

yeah I know have had to move many players already because their SPE, STR hasn't worked out... at least I got 69 CP TE, so he will get some good training there
