Is a Swimming Pool much better than a Mountain? Both improve Physical Conditioning (PC), but the Pool is more expensive and has higher maintenance.

So far I've only added the mountain. Unless the swimming pool adds a major amount of physical condition or morale it doesn't seem too much value for money.
For me it's the mountain or wind tunnel to be the first facilities purchased |

As far as I know, the all add the same amout (10%) to each group they do add a bonus to.

10% is easy to do math because formula is written for training well in manual
But Swimming pool help auch Moral So what is the Plus-Rate for Moral? How do Moral gain value? So how Swimmingpool helps Moral? |

Moral gets updated in two ways... Nightly: no influence on moral by facilities here on Training: influence as described, 10% per facility.
