"Team chemistry is a factor which affects each playskill, bot not fitness skills. New players (from Youth pull, bought from transfer market) have an initial value of 10%. They can raise TC by playing games. The display is in 1% steps. The only way to lose TC is when you sell a player via transfer market."


For simplicity i highlighted the typo...should of course be "but"
