If you use the contract mode you will have constant salaries for the next 2-3 season. Then it will be good to have a big stadium and some money to be financiall save.
The draft picks would be no problem for the first season. If you use contract mode my advice would be to give your draft picks a frenchise contact, so they will have a low wage for 5 seasons. |

You have only 5. All I want to say: be careful with franchise contracts! |

You can give 5 players 3 YearFranchise conracts or 2x 4 Year and 1x 3 year franchisecontract. Right? |

After that you can negotiate another franchise contract. Keep in mind: you can't cancel the franchise contract without losing the player! |
