What are your experiences of that Mode?
As i am still in "standard" mode i am not sure if it makes scence to switch, cause if i don´t like it i couldn´t turn back

Thanks for your answers I'm also on standard and I don't see the benefit for changing at the moment. Money is there more than enough and my players don't have much of an increase per season. I also don't like the "don't go back" stuff. |

Thats my main problem with that, im sure it´s a database thing or something like that (yes i am old and the only thing i know about programming was basic with my c64

I have been able to swoop in and sign guys on the TM to a contract 24 hours early because there was no bid on that player many times. I've actually gotten a few 4 star talents that way. If the guy I sign wasn't any good in talent I just cut him. It is cheaper to do that then make the min bid on that player. This is one advantage to contract mode.
