What's the impact of Footwork into game? Even all draftees have pretty much bad Footworks... So I wonder if this skill is taken in consideration by the game engine or if it's worth almost nothing to improve it...

It seems to be an OL/DL thing. from the Manual (glossary):

"Footwork is the skill to determine how stable a guy is on his feet. Tackles and Blocks are well supported by footwork."

I saw that but not sure the game take it into consideration really...

And I remember that Pete talked in a previous thread, that footwork need ALL players. Every player have to stay on their own feet.

To me footwork is like vision and agility in that all players can use it. How much to train it to? I have no clue. I don't plan to train vision up past 25 except maybe qb and mlb. Footwork I'll train to the 30's for my line after I train blocking/tackling.

The next season drafties will have better footwork where needed.

Makes scence to my, as i think of hours and hours doing drills for footwork in practice...
