I know it exists for new players/transfers etc, but I was under the impression we'd recently voted for a suggestion regarding re-ordering of rosters with regards to the new coaches? Is that not happening, has it already happened?

Ignore me, I misread the original post - I thought this was referring to relaxation of penalties for players who are moved now as a result of changes to coaches... whereas it actually referred to new players.
