One of my better players whose a RB just capped out at ~40 Speed. Wondering if, in the long term, that's enough speed for a RB or I should considering switching him to FB if he can develop decent strength (40+)?

But dont forget: skill 40 is same as 95% of potential so is not that bad i think |

Turtle is referring to the offset, since skill=0 represents a good percentage, it is not really 0.

No. Turtles answer was right. 40 is not really bad. I have 3 RBs who capped below 40.

yep, but on the other hand, player will cap probably somewhere between 30 and 50, so actually 40 is not close to full potential, even if the actual speed difference is just 5%.

However, I am with the ones that advice Steve to keep that guy at the moment. There are not so many guys out there with speed 40+

anyway, in my oppinon 40 spd is pretty good for halfback, they are not as fast as receivers usually.

is caps equally divided among players? Or are less players in game and new created with higher caps? |
