Hm perhaps i should explain something.

OF coure a Manager has to take care of both Finances AND Teamsuccess. My problem is just to say "kick" a manager from his Team cause the game implements a new Feature!

And as i see it he only got in Trouble cause of a new Feature!!! Implemented DURING a running SEASON!

THATS the reason why i think it would only be fair to give him a chance!

And Buffalo sure it is not the only way to have success here to max out your Stadium first BUT as i ask it bevor, does it makes SCENCE to do so if you compare this game with the REALLIFE? I don´t think so!

Yes if you know that the only way not to get in problems is to use all you money you can possible get in building your stadium, don´t spend anything on training facilitys, Youthacademy or at the Fanshop then you would play the game RIGHT, BUT is that realitic? I don´t think so!

If creating Money is the main thing here something is completely wrong.

If you have never ever ever played a sports management game, then of course you do not know it's important to get your team's economy set up properly.

But after the first time you play a sports management game, and blow your first team up, you do know this.

And it is realistic. It's all too bloody realistic. I've played some games where you can't afford to buy anything until you win something. By comparison, RZA is a walk in the park at the start (I'm still waiting to see if my economy blows up on me in a couple seasons, as I went overboard on coaching salaries).

As I said earlier, I'm not voting, but I'm glad to see Admin's bankruptcy plan is as extreme as it is, because it should deter anyone from using it to 'game' the system.

Personally, I'd sell a few players or start over before going through bankruptcy, but that's just me.

Thanks to Mr. Grzymisław ..... tha's exactly what i'm talking about.

A Little note about NFL introduction of Draft's .....

What is the meaning of Draft ?

Balance the OVERPOWER of extrarich owners of team to can BUY always the best players keeping the scratch to poors or new owners.

I don't know who suffers from financial crisis, but if this manager is RZA knight how it is possible that he is too weak at economy? Just tell him to sell some players(as someone wrote). If he got any defensive player from draft I can easily pay 20 millions for LB with int 40+ and physicals 40+.

A Little note about NFL introduction of Salary CAP.

What is the meaning of the salary cap ?

Balance the power of extrarich players and their agents to growth unlimited balances to jeopardize the "team spirit" and the growth of rookie "monster" since highschool !!!!!!!

No Problem with setting up my Economy and of course its a game and it has nothing to do with Reallife, but my question again is it fair to kick a manager from his Team because an new Feature is implemented during a running season?

As i see it there is no way in 4 Seasons the Economy as it is right now will work cause the Players and Coaches will be way to expensive and a lot of guys will be in Trouble lets talk about the financy then.

But we posted all information, and a more than 400 posts strong discussion happend to make all information available. And, it does not matter what I buy, I have to take care about my money, you agree?

But yes, I am not against helping him, but I am against a "help only him" solution.

You can have two ways at least: having a balanced start, where you raise the expenses as your income raises, or you can have the other extreme, where you raise the income to the max first, and then start raising expenses. The third way would be raising expenses first, this can't work...except you are "too big to fail".

@Most posters:
What I don't get: why we ave to think in extreme black or white dimensions? When I started this discussion, I expected a little bit more different opinions...just wondering. We should not understand this as a chance to kick a manager out of the game, and we should not do "all that is possible to make the managers life too easy" - I hop you get what I mean.

Agreed. That's why I keep $40M on hand so if it turns out I screwed up my economy with Free Agents and Coaches I have a cushion to work with.
