Hi,

at the moment:

if a Coach plans to retire, you have two options:

1.) wait til he left the team and hiring a new one, 1 week before the season begins.

2.) replace the coach earlier in the season, and face a harsh penalty.

We would like to change that: if a Coach is planing to retire already, there is no penalty. This means you would have a complete season to find a new coach. The penalties for replacing not retiring Coaches stay as they are.

1 star: no way, keep it as it is
10 stars: yes, good change, please do that.

Now tell me how you like it...

80 voters, 8.9 average...that was an easy decision it seems. we will remove the penalties for firing retiring coaches.
