Just of note... I think the bug is fixed because my punter upped his avg of 16yd per punt to 28 yd per punt. 45% increase i'd say fixed the bug... right Admin?

I'm not having kicker problems, but I'm wondering how to figure out where the limit should be on my kicker. For missed FG, could we add some verbiage for whether or not the kick was long enough? Like "The Field Goal was short" or "The Field Goal was missed wide"

What I'm trying to figure out is when my Kicker misses as 44 yard field goal is is because his leg isn't strong enough or because his Vision/Footwork/Kicking isn't high enough to be accurate. If its (a) then I focus on Strength training, if its (b) then I focus on Attribute training.

I guess I understood it. I have just no idea if this would be possible with the current implementation...I will put that on the "Nice to have" - maybe I have an idea about...

Ah, so the engine doesn't first calculate if the kicker has enough strength to make the field goal and then calculate if the accuracy is enough?

I just noticed this thread, and YES, this season I've got major kicker troubles.

Last season, my first season, my inexperienced kicker started with kicking skill of 13.5.

He played a very solid season and scored 49 FG, while missing 32 FG (67%) at an impressive average of 37.7 yards.

This year the same kicker starts with kicking skill 22.7, same kicking orders, he kicked 8 FG, while missing 16 FG (33%) at an average of 35.9 yards.

Bottom line: 80% higher kicking skill = 50% less FG accuracy

The season is still young, but I'm hoping this desastrous trend will come to an end soon...

The difference between kicking skill 13,5 and 22,7 is only ~9% difference in performance. I think you are right, because you have a ST-AC. So your kicker must get a slight bonus in the game and perform not worse compared to last season.
