The difference between kicking skill 13,5 and 22,7 is only ~9% difference in performance.

How do you know this?

I will say it in another way with the right calulation. 13,5 is a true skillvalue of 81,5% a true skillvalue of 86,35%. 100% would be the top performance. So the increase is only 4,6%

The missing information: skill level 0% does not mean they can't do tackling at all, as example. Much more it means, the tackler has 75% of his possible abilities. During his RZA career the tackler can improve his skills from RZA 0 to 50, or in % from 75 to 100.

If you compare stat of a kicker, you have to put in the distance of each try into the equation!

If your kicker did 7 of 10 last year, but those 7 kicks were from 20 yards and now your kicker did 1 of 5 and you always try it now from 40+ yards, those stats are not comparable.

You are absolutely right, but I thought this would be (partly) reflected by the average FG distance, which was almost 38 yards per successful attempt last season. It's the same kicking orders this season, so I would expect roughly the same results.

Last game my kicker hit only 1 of 4 attempts. He was successful from 42 yards, but missed from 53, 43, and 21 yards. By the way, 21 yards is less than PAT distance..

Really? Didn't know that. I think that in the NFL the scrimmage for point after attempt takes place from the two-yard line. So 10+2+7=19

That's true.

For College it is the 3rd yard line => 20 yards.

Ok then, damn, I was being wrong. I thought it was the 5 yard line (remember, I stopped playing the game 15 years ago...).

However, I thought it was a nice thought-provoking comment, making people gasp for air, leaving them in utter disbelief how one person (me) could be so unlucky...

my kicker missed all of his 4 attempts lst game, a thing he never made.

Apparently the fans were that mad that they injured him on the drive home.
