And btw: well your idea is not that bad, sure you could recalculate all the wages - equal for all player in the team, when one gets a raise others should get too

We should all participate in a turtle hunting

@turtle: Recalculating the wage for the transfered player in any case, this is was the poll is about. I do not get your NO

OK, there are a few possible direction.

HR to HR
I think the manager should be able to negotiate a new contact

HR to NON-HR
I think the wage should be based on the skills, not on the contract, now.

NON-HR to HR
The manager should be able to negotiate a new contract.

NON-HR to NON-HR
I think, since it will be changed for the HR to NON-HR case, also here a new calculation based on the skills should be done.

a) im against recalculating

In most cases it is positiv for the buyer especiall when not have the HR and this case is a single happening as i see

b) because "i lost already" and most manager want a "yes", so i say: if "they no HR owner" want the "positive effect", than there should be also positive effect by recalculating the salary every time for the transfered player to a non HR team

I think teams should be able to sign players to bad contracts, but there probably should be some check to prevent "mistake" type contracts. For example, 2x okay - - 10x would get blocked.

There is a warning box on the negotiation already, managers just press OK without reading it.

1 doesn't matter, since HR managers can negotiate
2 wage gets recalculated if the poll decides it that way
3 as 1
4 as 2

B) as it is suggested...this is why I don't get your point

The poll is about recalculating the wages ON EVERY TRANSFER
