Have an idea...

Hey, dear users.

Talent is the most important skill, don't care about physicals, or even playskills like tackling...Talent makes you winning championships...

Will this work???

i dont go below 2.5 talent atleast.

Depending on how much your bankroll is when your players is hitting skills around 40 you could have 45 players around 45 in skills and then you would be better then most other teams (exept the ones that do this aswell)

Thats why some is just saving their money now so that they can afford higher salaries later when others dont.

At that time you will go by a negative income every season even if you reach high in playoffs but you will probably be the best team around for a couple of seasons..

With the HR-Department you can give a player with skills at 40 a deal for 3 years and than train him, without a wage increase. You can't do this with a 2* Talent player.

For a backup, which will never have more then 30...35....40 is 2* of Talent definitly enough. But not for a starter.

Once more Buffalo points it out...well done

Then you might have to get rid of that player you signed for three years and trained because their salary will be too much to afford. If you don't keep on top of it you may end up in trouble...

LOL, what did I done to you

Based on the used math a multiple 35 skill player will always perform better than a 40 or even 45 OSW.
